MP400 and MP70000 are the Melacoll manufacturer's two most popular products, many customers in the choice is always used to make comparisons, but also do not know how to choose the right, here, I am dedicated to these two products to explain their differences.
Definition of different
1.MelaColl MP400 is a non-ionic, water-soluble, low-viscosity cellulose ether widely used in self-levelling systems to improve the rheology and processability of flooring formulations.
2. MelaColl MP70000 is a non-ionic, water-soluble, high-viscosity cellulose ether that provides a variety of functional properties when dissolved in water.
Viscosity Differences
1.MP400 has a low Brookfield viscosity of 300-500mPa.s and is mainly used in self levelling compounds.2.MP70000 has a higher viscosity than MP400, with a Brookfield viscosity of 65,000-80,000mPa.s. The viscosity of MP70000 is higher than that of MP400.
Different in use
1.MP400 can enhance the flow of mortar, thus improving levelling and ease of use in field applications. It also enhances the flexural and tensile bond strength of a variety of substrates, primarily for self-levelling compounds.
2.MP70000 can be used as a thickener, binder, surfactant, protective colloid, suspending agent, and water retention agent for a variety of construction materials. It is mainly used in tile adhesive, putty powder, gypsum-based products, external wall insulation system, etc.
It can be seen that MP70000 has a wide range of uses and is also an excellent high viscosity cellulose ether in practice.
Melacoll represents our brand of cellulose products that meet the diverse needs of a wide range of customer segments and markets. Our cellulose ethers have been carefully developed to offer a wide range of properties.
Melacoll has other HPMC grades to choose from, please refer to the HPMC introduction for specific functional parameters, we are also very happy to provide you with a Q&A service, such as in the function of the HPMC products and HPMC applications or even HPMC price HPMC purchase can quickly ask our customer service, we will be the first time to answer your questions.
